Fused Solutions began offering outsourced services to regional ISP organizations in 1998, originally under the name Slic Direct Call. The company was incorporated as Fused Solutions in January of 2002.

Formally a majority-owned subsidiary of Nicholville Telephone Company (Nicholville, NY), Fused Solutions was acquired by a New England based investment group led by Michael Ryan, CEO of North Bay Technology Development on 12/31/2007.

Today, to a wide array of client organizations, Fused Solutions provides solutions comprised of outsource services, customer care software applications, and consultative services. Located adjacent to two universities in northern New York State, Fused Solutions enjoys access to a well-trained workforce to effectively staff their contact center, application development, and consultancy functions.
