Inforonics’ customers were absorbed by Fused Solutions effective immediately in what both companies assure will be a stable, efficient, and seamless migration.
Michael Ryan, Fused Solutions’ CEO, is energized with the addition of the remaining IGS assets to the Fused Solutions service inventory and the potential offered by the addition of Inforonics’ talents and tools. Fused Solutions had previously acquired the technical support assets of IGS in July 2012. This latest acquisition reunites the 24/7 support team with custom monitoring and managed IT services, bringing together the quality service and support functions on which Inforonics had built its reputation over the last 50 years.
