Mark Cornett

Mark Cornett has leveraged his 20+ years of practical and instructional business experience to guide Fused Solutions through a significant and positive transformation since his arrival in February of 2000. His Fused Solutions responsibilities also extend to his role as a director for the Fused Solutions parent organization, Nicholville Telephone Company.

Prior to Fused Solutions, Mr. Cornett taught business courses at Clarkson University for more than a decade. During this period he also co-founded a product development company, Innovative Market Solutions, LLC. In 1979 he began his career with the Hewlett-Packard Company, where he spent nearly a decade in various sales and marketing management roles.

Michael O. Ryan, Sr.

Mike is founder of both North Bay Technology Development, and North Bay Associates, a technology business development firm based in Marlborough Massachusetts. Mike’s successful career started upon graduating with a BS in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University. Mike served in senior sales and business development roles at Cuplex, Inc., Aero DDL and Rogers Corp. Later he became Director of Business Development and Eastern Operations for DDI, a fast growing and profitable contract manufacturer.  Mike then joined Message Secure Corp in Lowell Massachusetts as VP Sales and Marketing and a principle of the firm. Mike took Message Secure from startup in the fledgling Managed Network Security market, to one of largest national providers of network security to banks. Mike is well versed in the coaching of young companies as they grow to compete in emerging business sectors.
