IGS customers, contracts and obligations will be assumed by Fused Solutions effective 12.01AM Saturday, July 21, 2102 in what both companies assure will be a stable, efficient, and seamless migration.
By combining the best-of-breed tools and practices of both companies, the next generation of Fused Solutions will be even better prepared to deliver the finest customer and technical support services available to clients of nearly any size, and especially to customers requiring information security, business continuity, and continuing service improvement.
IGS clients will be better served by leveraging Fused Solutions’ custom, cloud-based SpiceCSM software as a documentation and decision-tree management system and front end for any client ticket system that accepts API/Web calls. Fused Solutions’ clients will benefit from custom tools and processes developed by IGS over many years of providing premium customer and technical support to a wide spectrum of industries.
